That sounds yummy--and you know what else they're a good substitute for? Burger patties--portabella mushroom burgers are delish!!

Mark looks happy. My sister likes to make fajitas without the beef but uses portabella mushrooms which isn't really a substitute - yet they do have a meaty quality. Happiness to you!
